Time for an update!
Nils and Amit has been quietly busy at Innrwrks. There are many things cooking in our transformation lab and the reach and network of our pod is beginning to reach quite far and wide.
We wanted to send you an invite, inviting you into some of the things happening. Or just simply letting you know so that you know. It is clear to us that after almost half a decade of preparation and subtle movements there is a clear acceleration. Shift is happening.
🌱 RCO
Our organisational model the RCO is beginning to take flight. What is an RCO? A hybrid organisational form. A dialectical approach to profit and purpose. A scaffold for accountability. Read more at: https://rco.life
Here are a few examples:
- We are working with a coalition of large industrial players 🏭 to set up a Net Zero RCO in the south of Sweden.
- We are formulating an investment hypothesis 💰 and setting up a vehicle for Post Impact Investment as an RCO.
- We are supporting a a community 👥, a venture accelerator 🏎️ and a fund 🏦 to incorporate RCO principles into their structures to scaffold their purpose.
🌊 Waves
Amit is co-curating and moderating The 5th Waves gathering 11-13th of September.
This will be a dive into a new pedagogy for systemic change. 300 systemic change makers, investors, wealth holders, entrepreneurs and thought leaders from all over the world gather in Helsinki. This is a space to find both the others and another way.
We explore the question: How can we be with destabilisation without disassociating and despair? The intention is to increase our agency.
